Fractional Finance & Administration Leader™ | Biblical Accountability Role™

The Role

Finance and Administration owns financial integrity, compliance, bookkeeping, and the administrative backbone of the organization. At FAITHTalk.media L3C this also means the tithe discipline — 10% of gross revenue to Kingdom work before any distribution. Not a budget line. The first fruits principle applied to every dollar.

This role is part-time by design. The right Finance & Administration Leader brings the same discipline and the same Kingdom stewardship mindset to every division they serve.

Compensation & Equity

Hourly Rate	$27.50
Equity — FAITHTalk.media L3C	10%
Division Participation	Yes — see below

If you sit in this Biblical Accountability Role™ within a subsidiary division, you receive that division’s equity payout as well. Each division splits 50% of its profits among the division leadership team. The remaining 50% rolls up to the holding company and is distributed according to holding company equity. All profits in the checking account — unless already committed to a purchase — are paid out as a dividend each fifth of the Hebrew fiscal calendar.

What We Are Looking For

Bookkeeping or accounting background — QuickBooks ProAdvisor strongly preferred
Understanding of L3C structure and nonprofit-adjacent compliance (Wyoming)
Integrity as a non-negotiable — you handle God’s money
Heart to serve Kingdom startups, not just process transactions
HR experience is a plus for the holding company seat
We highly encourage you to read Traction and Rocket Fuel if you do not currently work in an EOS® organization
Follower of Jesus Christ — ministerial function required

Primary platforms: Square for all transactions • We currently track income and expenses on Hurdlr and are actively migrating to QuickBooks • 90.io for EOS® accountability.
