Peculiar Fish — Biblical Operating System A Biblical Operating System™
← Back to All Roles

The Integrator harmoniously integrates all major functions of the organization. They run day-to-day operations, drive accountability, resolve cross-functional issues, and ensure the Visionary’s intent is executed at every level. This is the glue that holds the leadership team together.

In EOS® this role is often filled on a fractional or part-time basis — especially in growing organizations that need the function without full-time overhead. At FAITHTalk.media L3C this role is part-time by design, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time seat as the organization expands.

Before you go any further on this page, read Rocket Fuel by Gino Wickman and Mark Winters. The entire Visionary/Integrator dynamic — why these two seats are inseparable, why getting them right is the difference between a company that scales and one that stalls — is explained there better than any job description ever could. The Integrator seat only makes sense in the context of the Visionary. These two seats are two halves of a whole.

If you sit in the same Biblical Accountability Role™ within a subsidiary division, you receive that division’s equity payout as well. Each division splits 50% of its profits among the division leadership team. The remaining 50% rolls up to the holding company and is distributed according to holding company equity. All profits in the checking account — unless already committed to a purchase — are paid out as a dividend each fifth of the Hebrew fiscal calendar.
