Biblical Accountability Role™ — FAITHTalk.media L3C
Legal Corporate Title: Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
The Role
The Visionary provides overall direction and big-picture thinking. They own the vision, the relationships, the culture, and the major ideas. They operate at 30,000 feet. They see around corners. They are energized by possibility and occasionally exhausted by process. They are often the founder.
In EOS® the Visionary is not the manager. They are the dreamer, the driver, and the culture-keeper. Their greatest gift to the organization is clarity of vision. Their greatest challenge is letting someone else execute it.
At FAITHTalk.media L3C this seat is currently filled and not open for application. It is described here because you cannot understand any other seat in this organization without first understanding what the Visionary is — and what the Visionary is not.
There is a book that explains the Visionary and Integrator dynamic better than any job description ever could. It is called Rocket Fuel by Gino Wickman and Mark Winters. If you are considering any leadership role at FAITHTalk.media L3C — particularly the Integrator seat — reading Rocket Fuel is not optional. It is required before any interview.
The core insight of Rocket Fuel is this: the Visionary and the Integrator are two halves of a whole. Neither is complete without the other. The Visionary without an Integrator is a dreamer with no traction. The Integrator without a Visionary is an executor with no direction. Together they are rocket fuel.
That dynamic is at the heart of how FAITHTalk.media L3C is built. And it is at the heart of the Biblical Operating System™ — which adds one more element neither Wickman nor Winters included: Jesus at the top of the accountability chart, above the Visionary, above the Integrator, above every seat.

Compensation & Equity
| Hourly Rate | $27.50 |
| Equity — FAITHTalk.media L3C | 45% |
| Division Participation | Yes — all divisions |
The Visionary holds 45% equity in FAITHTalk.media L3C. The equity weighting reflects the hours invested in prayer, in thought, in relationships, and in vision-casting that cannot be tracked on a timesheet. The same principle applies to every leader in this organization — equity honors what we cannot measure.
For a full explanation of the compensation model, equity structure, and division profit distribution, see A Biblical Operating System™ — available for pre-order now, releasing September 2026.
