Peculiar Fish — Biblical Operating System A Biblical Operating System™
← Back to All Roles

This role does not exist in the standard EOS® model. It is one of three additions unique to the Biblical Operating System™. Think of it as an outside board member whose only function is prayer and prophetic warning. No operational authority. No deliverables. No scorecards. Just prayer and the courage to speak when God shows them something the organization needs to hear.

We have two Watchmen. Each holds 2.5% equity. The first serves as personal accountability partner to the Visionary and provides spiritual oversight to the entire leadership team — focused on their character and calling. The second watches for business, economic, and external threats the organization may not see coming. The only responsibility either must fulfill to earn and keep their equity is to pray and to warn.

“Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the people of Israel; so hear the word I speak and give them warning from me.” — Ezekiel 3:17

We cannot track the hours a Watchman spends praying and thinking when they are not at work. God can. We trust Him to settle that account. That is also why each Watchman holds equity — because their most important work happens outside of any meeting.

Hourly Rate$27.50 for trackable hours
Equity — FAITHTalk.media L3C2.5% per seat
Division ParticipationNo — holding company only

Watchmen do not sit in subsidiary divisions. Their equity and compensation derive from the holding company only. All holding company profits in the checking account — unless already committed to a purchase — are paid out as a dividend each fifth of the Hebrew fiscal calendar.

God Created You to Watch and Pray.
