RV Tow Hero

What You're Looking At

This is the actual Vision/Traction Organizer® for RV Tow Hero — verified as a working business model. The Vision side is complete. What's missing is Traction: the people or the funding, not the plan.

Before You Go Further

We ask everyone considering this seriously to read, in this order: THE Biblical Operating System™, Rocket Fuel (if you're considering the Integrator seat), and Traction. Not as a gate — so the structure below actually makes sense.

How This Is Governed

This subsidiary has no dedicated Watchman or Visionary. The Visionary role sits at the holding company level, with no ownership stake here. The open seats are the Integrator and the three Fractional chairs: CMO, COO, and CAO.

How the Money Works

The first 10% is tithed, always, before anything else. Of what remains, 50% stays with this subsidiary's four-person leadership team. The other 50% rolls up to the seven-person holding company team — which is where the Visionary is already compensated, so there's no double-dipping here.

Payouts happen five times a year, following the Hebraic fiscal calendar outlined in THE Biblical Operating System™. Every trackable hour is paid at $27.50/hour — enough to support an employee, a spouse, and two children. The hours we can't track — prayer, discernment, thinking it through — are compensated through equity instead.

If you think you're the right leader — or fractional leader — to get this moving, or you have the resources to back it, reach out to our founder directly. His preferred contact is Signal.
